If you're using LastPass, you might experience problems where LastPass will override your user profile info or contact record info. There are some steps you can take to prevent this from happening.
First, you'll need to enable the setting for your LastPass browser extension for the following setting: Respect AutoComplete=off: allow websites to disable Autofill
Follow these steps to do so:
If you are still having problems, you can also follow the additional steps in this article provided by LastPass: https://support.lastpass.com/help/disable-lastpass-for-specific-sites-lp040006#:~:text=Select%20Account%20Settings%20in%20the,notification%20to%20add%20a%20Site.
You'll want to log in to LastPass and go to Account Settings. Then you'll click on the Never URLs tab.
Here's where you can add your Pulse URLs, and here are a couple that we would suggest adding:
*.thepulsespot.com/crm/*
*.thepulsespot.com/crm/contact/create
*.thepulsespot.com/crm/contact/*
*.thepulsespot.com/users/profile
*.thepulsespot.com/users/users/*
*.thepulsespot.com/users/users/create
We suggest making the setting "Never Do Anything" for these URLs.
By doing this, you'll still be able to use LastPass to log in to your Pulse account. However, you won't have it overriding any info with your saved passwords in other sections of Pulse.
