How to Update Your Email Signature

The first thing you'll do is go over to the right-hand upper corner, click on your name, and go to your profile. In your profile, if you scroll down at the bottom you'll see what your signature looks like.

Now, this signature is an email signature that goes to all of your prospects and customers. That's why it's important for you to have this accurate and looking the way that you want.

A couple of things will be preset including the colors, the company name, and the social media icons. But as for the other information here it is based on what's above and you can customize that.

The first thing you want to do is make sure you have a professional photo because if you don't have that then your signature will be generic and it won't look very nice. So put a professional photo.

Your photo should be roughly square. Otherwise, it will get stretched. Once you've added your photo, update your information. Once you have everything the way you want it you just hit save and you're done.
