How to View and Edit All Quotes

In this video, you'll learn how to view and edit all quotes from the "tools" menu.

Go to your tools menu and click "quotes." This will bring up all your quotes for all of your contacts.

Notice we have Adam Gibson and Angela stone here. Everybody's quotes. You can preview a quote.

You can also edit the quote template for this particular quote. This won't edit it for everyone but it would edit it for the quote that you're sending out,

You can send your quote here to the customer and you can also delete quotes. So this is basically the same thing that you have in the individual person's quote.

We'll go to Angela's quotes. Go to her Quick Links and you see her quotes page has the same kind of information. But on the Tools menu, you can see all of your quotes so that is what makes it convenient.
