New Features Released:

Text Message MMS Update

• You now have the ability to send images with your text messages in Pulse

Mobile Responsive Email Builder

• You now have a email builder that will allow you to design your own visual emails with images, buttons, etc
• There will also be some new pre-built templates that you can make copies of loaded in your account under the HTML Email Templates category

Option to Add Images to Email and Text Message Templates

• Before you could always send images with emails but you couldn't create email templates with images/files attached and now you can
• With the release of the option to send images with text messages now, we've also added the option to add images to text message templates

Date/Time Picker Window Adjustments on Project Boards

• Before every time you selected a different time the window would close, so you would need to open the window multiple times to change the time
• This is now updated so you can update the date/time quickly without having to open the window multiple times

Unsubscribe Tag

• Option to choose a tag that you would want automatically applied to any contacts that Unsubscribe from your email list
• This can also be used as a STOP Trigger to stop certain Workflows that the contact is in as well

Import Existing Contacts and Merge New Data

• This option allows you to merge new data from an import with your existing contacts
• This will update the contact records with any new data and keep all other data the same

Other Export/Import Improvements

• Option to export contact notes
  • You've always been able to export person notes, but not the visual styled out contact notes (Notes Quick Link)
  • Now when you export contacts, this is a default selected option that will export these notes
• Option to Import and Export Phone Extensions
• Option to Export Assistant Phone field
• Option to Export Gender field

Bug Fixes:

• Bug with Images Not Coming Through Properly on Inbound Emails
  • This caused some users to experience problems view images that were attached to email responses
  • This was happening specifically with inline images
  • This bug is now fixed and inline images will come through as well

• Previously if you updated the email address for a contact record, the email for the contact in the Active Workflows/Sequences would remain the same
  • This is now fixed and updated, so if you change a contact record email and they are already in a Live Workflow/Sequence it will update the email address for this contact in the Active Workflows/Sequences as well

• Delay Timers Weren't Working Properly in Apps with Time Zones other than Eastern Standard Time
  • This is now fixed, and the delay timers are working correctly for apps in any time zone
